We offer a free resending guarantee within 30 days after the purchase, and a lifetime guarantee if it is proven that the arts were sent with low quality for printing in the indicated sizes.
After the 30-day period, a fee will be charged for resending the arts, amounting to 50% of the order value.
The request must be made via WhatsApp, where we will confirm the order, send the payment methods, and after the payment of the fee, we will resend the files.
After sending the arts, the responsibility of keeping the files in a safe place is the buyer's. To avoid extra charges for resending, save the art in a safe place, we recommend Google Drive.NOTES:
