We offer a free resend guarantee within 30 calendar days of purchase, and a lifetime guarantee if it is proven that the arts were sent with low quality for printing in the indicated sizes.
After the 30-day period, a fee will be charged for resending the arts, amounting to 50% of the order value.
The request must be made via WhatsApp, where we will confirm the order, send the payment methods, and after the payment of the fee, we will resend the files.
After sending the arts, it is the buyer's responsibility to keep the files in a safe place, so to avoid extra charges for resending, save the art in a secure location, we recommend Google Drive.
