HOW THE CUSTOMIZABLE ART WORKS:
The art is sent in PNG format with a transparent space for the photos, you just need to add the photos to the art in any image editing program or application.
We recommend: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Inkscape, or Canva.
Remember to always save the image with the ideal resolution for the size in which it will be printed, we recommend a resolution of 3508x4960px, for printing up to A3 size.

RESEND:
We offer a free resend guarantee within 30 calendar days after the purchase, and a lifetime guarantee if there is proof that the arts were sent with low quality for printing in the indicated sizes.
After the period of 30 calendar days, a fee will be charged for resending the arts, amounting to 50% of the order value.
The request must be made via WhatsApp, where we will confirm the order, send the payment methods, and after the fee payment, we will resend the files.
After the art is sent, it is the buyer's responsibility to keep the files in a safe place, so to avoid extra charges for resending, save the art in a secure location, we recommend Google Drive.NOTES:
