HOW CUSTOMIZABLE ART WORKS:
The art is sent in PNG format with a transparent space for photos. You only need to add the photos to the art using any image editing program or app.
We recommend: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Inkscape, or Canva.
Remember to always save the image with the ideal resolution for the size it will be printed. We recommend a resolution of 3508x4960px, for printing up to A3 size.

The final print quality will depend on the printer, quality of the material, and ink used.
We recommend printing on photographic or coated paper, vinyl, or canvas.

RESENDING:
We offer a free resending guarantee within 30 days after purchase, and a lifetime guarantee if it is proven that the arts were sent with low quality for printing in the indicated sizes.
After the 30-day period, a fee will be charged for resending the arts, equivalent to 50% of the order value.
The request must be made via WhatsApp, where we will confirm the order, send the payment methods, and after the fee payment is made, we will resend the files.
After the arts are sent, it is the buyer's responsibility to keep the files in a safe place. To avoid extra charges for resending, save the art in a safe place, we recommend Google Drive.NOTES:

- Resale of Imprinté Arts in digital format is strictly prohibited, as our arts contain copyrights.
- Exchanges, returns, or refunds of digital products are not accepted, as they have already been consumed.
- We are not responsible for the quality of the arts printed in sizes other than recommended.
- We are not responsible for the quality of the art after customer editing, as the customer is responsible for saving the image.
