HOW TEMPLATES WORK:
The artwork is sent in PNG format with transparent space for photos; you just need to add the photos to the artwork using any image editing software or app.
CANVA TEMPLATES are sent as a link within the PDF; accessing it allows you to copy the template and edit photos and text.
To customize the PNG, we recommend: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Inkscape, or Canva.
Remember to always save the image with the ideal resolution for the print size; we recommend 3508x4960px resolution for printing up to A3 size. Alternatively, use an A3 document in Canva and save as PDF.

We recommend printing on photographic or coated papers, vinyl, or canvas.

The download link will be emailed immediately after payment confirmation.
RESENDING:
We offer free resend guarantee within 30 calendar days after purchase, and lifetime guarantee if there is evidence that the artworks were sent with low quality for printing in the indicated sizes.
After the 30-day period, there will be a fee for resending the artworks, equivalent to 50% of the order value.
Requests must be made via WhatsApp, where we will confirm the request, send payment methods, and after payment of the fee, we will resend the files.
After sending the artworks, it is the buyer's responsibility to keep the files in a secure location to avoid extra charges for resend; we recommend Google Drive.NOTES:
- No physical product will be sent to the buyer! Only Digital Art via download link.

- No exchanges, returns, or refunds of digital products are accepted, as they have already been consumed.
- We are not responsible for the quality of artworks printed in sizes other than those recommended.
- We are not responsible for the quality of the artwork after client editing, as the client is responsible for saving the image.
