HOW CUSTOMIZABLE SPOTIFY ARTWORK WORKS:
The artwork is sent in PNG format with transparent space for photos and space for song name and song code, you just need to add the photos and music data you want in the artwork using any image editing software or app.
We recommend: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Inkscape, or Canva.
Remember to always save the image with the ideal resolution for the print size, we recommend 3508x4960px resolution, for printing up to A3 size.

RESENDING:
We offer free resend guarantee within 30 calendar days after purchase, and lifetime guarantee if there is evidence that the artworks were sent with low quality for printing in the indicated sizes.
After the 30-day period, there will be a fee for resending the artworks, equivalent to 50% of the order value.
Requests must be made via WhatsApp, where we will confirm the request, send payment methods, and after payment of the fee, we will resend the files.
After sending the artworks, it is the buyer's responsibility to keep the files in a secure location to avoid extra charges for resend; we recommend Google Drive.NOTES:
- No physical product will be sent to the buyer! Only Digital Art via download link.
- The artwork is not personalized; the image is sent with a transparent background for the client to place desired photos in the spaces.
- The colors of the artworks may vary depending on the cell phone or computer screen, as well as the printer and materials used in printing.

- Reselling Imprinté Arts in digital format is strictly prohibited, as our artworks contain copyrights.
- No exchanges, returns, or refunds of digital products are accepted, as they have already been consumed.
- We are not responsible for the quality of artworks printed in sizes other than those recommended.
- We are not responsible for the quality of the artwork after client editing, as the client is responsible for saving the image.
